Return Policy

Return of Items:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery (please provide the tracking number). Once the items are received, the purchase amount will be refunded. All returns must be registered through our customer service.

I received a defective item:
If you have received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the issue
  • Proof photos

If your package was damaged upon delivery, take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. All claims for damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot issue a refund, credit, or replacement without proof of damage confirmed by a member of our support team.

I received the wrong item:
In the unlikely event that you received the wrong item, contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received
  • A photo of the item you received

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer item exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the product to us and placing a new order for the correct item.

For defective products:
If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or otherwise faulty, there will be no return shipping charges.

If I want to return an item:
If the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and proof of return.
